Return and Refund Policy

We are able to provide a refund, repair or replacement only if an item is under the condition of Major Issue such as below.

  • Faulty or damaged, excluding damages that is caused by misusage of the customer.

  • Unsafe for use.

  • Significantly different from the description stated.

  • Does not perform its functionality as stated or unfit for its purpose. 

All replacements and refunds enquiry must be communicated to us as soon as possible within 14 days of the delivery date (Starting the day the item is delivered) and we will require your assistance to provide further information regarding the issues which our team will assist to investigate and advise on the next steps.

Any replacements and refunds will need the customer to ship the returned or refunded items back to us as communicated to ensure the best resolution possible. 

Replacement may take longer than usual due to processing times and stock availability.
